The Process
INTAKE
A comprehensive assessment of the client's care needs and resources will be performed to get an accurate picture to determine level of care and services needed. All HIPPA guidelines followed.
TOURS
Sonoran will provide a personal tour of homes or facilities that match your criteria. All residential facilities are vetted and licensed by the State of Arizona.
MOVE-IN
We will coordinate the whole move-in process including meeting with care managers, discharge planners, and facility admissions staff. All necessary paperwork will be complied. Any ancillary services and transportation can be arranged.

Do you charge for your service?
No, Clients are not charged for our service. Sonoran Senior Placement is usually paid a fee by the facilities as a "finder's fee".

Do you come to meet with us?
Yes, a face to face meeting is preferred, however if you are out of state we can perform a phone intake.

Do you actually take us on the tours?
Yes, we can either meet you at the facilities or drive you there and accompany you on the tours to assist in gathering as much information as needed.

Do we ever hear from you after the placement?
Yes! Follow up visits and phone calls are performed to assure that you or you loved one are happy and receiving the care expected.
